Mostly the books on larder were of foreign publications andhence very costly
and also were not easily available. We had to depend entirelyon the notes given
by our teachers. There is not a single Indian publication on"Larder". This is
maybe because of the fact that Indians believe in freshlycooked food and there
are very few cold food preparations specially cold meatpreparations in India.
But with advancements in travel and tourism, the Indiansbecame interested in the
